Product advantages:
1.External pressure ultrafiltration is made of PVDF hollow fiber membrane and has the following characteristics:
2.High flux, effectively reducing the usage of membrane modules.
3.Uniform pore size distribution, efficient removal of bacteria and particulate matter, and effective guarantee of effluent quality.
4.High strength and high chemical resistance, reduce membrane damage caused by chemical corrosion or biological decomposition, effectively prolong the mission of the membrane.
1.High pressure resistance;
2.Stable and long-lasting operation;
3.Excellent cleaning and recoverability;
4.A veriety of inflow channels are alternative;
5.Good tolerance to chemical cleaning agent and temperature.
Applications;
External pressure ultrafiltration is widely used in condensate, circulating water, sewage treatment, etc., and is often used in the pretreatment of NF&RO processes, such as reclaimed water reuse, factory drainage, seawater desalination and other fields.
Package size
The membrane modules are added with glycerin protective liquid, and they are individually packaged when leaving the factory. The membrane modules are wrapped in plastic film bags, sealed and placed in a rigid cardboard box with shock-proof and fixing measures.
Storage (use) precautions
If the membrane module is not installed and used temporarily, it should be stacked on a flat and clean indoor floor, away from cold and heat sources, to ensure that there is no corrosion and pollutants around; the storage temperature is controlled at 5-40 °C, and the recommended storage temperature is 20-35 °C .
Warranty; 5 years warranty
Keep the membrane modules in the original packaging as much as possible. Under the above storage conditions, unopened new membrane modules can be stored for 2 years.
