Amazing Experience of First Warehouse Inspection:

Hi, everyone, we are a manufacturer of membranes over 20 years.

I went to our company's warehouse to inspect the goods on the 13th of November 2023, the main goods are seawater desalination reverse osmosis membranes, when I learnt that the company gave this task to me, I was very happy and decided to do it seriously. I came to the warehouse early in the morning and saw the QC, everything went well.

Next I will tell you about the inspection process.

Firstly, appearance check. We first take a desalination membrane and check its appearance, packaging, labelling, sealing and so on are not broken. There is no deformation or stains on the goods. Please see the picture below.

Secondly, quantity counting. We made a quantity count of the desalination membrane, there is no any missing goods, to ensure that the quantity is the same as the quantity on the order or invoice.

Third, quality inspection. We inspected the quality of the desalination membrane, the size is 8040, measured with a ruler, it is exactly the same as the specification. We weighed the membrane, and it was exactly the same as the packing list. Because it is an industrial product, vacuum packaging, we can only inspect the goods through the packaging, but customers, please rest assured that our products will be rigorously tested before leaving the factory, and will be shipped only after passing the test. There is an exclusive QR code on the top of each membrane, which is convenient for after-sales, please rest assured.

 Fourth, record the results of the inspection. Including the date, inspector, test results, etc., convenient for subsequent enquiry and traceability. The inspector in Beijing came out with the inspection result of the product the next morning, and our test has passed.
