Project Brief Introduction
This is a large domestic wastewater treatment project for the purpose of water reuse. 48 UF membranes were designed, with a total of 4 sets of ultrafiltration membrane equipment. Raw water quality is shown in Table 1, after biofilter, and then ultrafiltration equipment, the water quality is shown in Table 1.

In this project, the domestic wastewater upgrading is first pre-treated to remove suspended solids and large particles of impurities. Then, the sewage enters the ultrafiltration equipment for treatment. The ultrafiltration equipment adopts membrane separation technology, which can separate the suspended matter, colloid, microorganisms and macromolecule organics in the sewage, and at the same time, retain the dissolved organics and inorganic salts in the water, and other useful substances. Through the biofilter and ultrafiltration to achieve the customer's desired COD less than 50, to achieve the quality of surface water.
